King’s Hawaiian® Mini Baked Jalapeno Ham and Cream Cheese Sliders

Ingredients

> 4 -8 slices ham 
> 2 oz shredded pepper Jack cheese
> 4 oz whipped cream cheese
> 1 tbsp honey
> 2 tbsp butter
> 12 (1 pkg) King's Hawaiian ®  jalapeño rolls

Steps

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Keeping rolls in tact, slice bread in half horizontally. Place bottom portion of rolls in an ungreased baking pan (9x13 works great).

In a bowl, blend cream cheese along with 1oz of shredded cheese and spread mixture evenly over bottom portion of rolls. (The shredded cheese helps to keep the cream cheese from melting all over the place)

Next, layer as much ham as you would like on top of the cheese covered rolls.

Add the remaining amount of shredded cheese on top of the ham, and place the other half of rolls on top.

Melt honey and butter together, then brush honey butter evenly on top of Jalapeno Rolls.

Cover with foil and bake for about 10 minutes.

Let cool for a couple minutes before slicing open. A serrated knife is suggested when cutting these apart. Serve warm.
