Mini Tomato Burger Bites

Ingredients

> 1/2 pound ground beef
> 1/2 tablespoon mustard
> 4 cheddar cheese slices
> 1 pint cherry tomatoes
> 1 (0.75 ounce) package basil
> 1 1/2 cups bread and butter pickle chips

Mix the ground beef and mustard together in a large bowl and season with salt (in moderation) and pepper. Shape into small balls and flatten into patties. Cook on an oiled skillet for 4 min., turning halfway. Top with cheddar cheese and allow to melt slightly.

Slice the bottoms off the cherry tomatoes to create a flat edge and then slice into halves to create a “bun”.

Use small skewers or toothpicks to thread the round top of the tomato, burger, basil, pickle chips, and finally the flat bottom of the tomato.
