2 tbsp dark chocolate chips

2 cups Multigrain Oats & O's cereal

In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine the almond butter, chocolate chips, and coconut oil. Microwave 30 sec.–1 min., until melted and runny.

Meanwhile, line a large plate with waxed paper. Stir the cereal into almond butter mixture until well combined. With spoon or mini scooper, scoop mixture onto prepared plate in small clusters. Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
