> 3 tbsp maple syrup
> 8 oz chopped and roasted butternut squash
> 2 tbsp parsley
> 1/4 tsp salt
> 1 store bought pizza crust or flatbread
> 1 tbsp olive oil
> 8 oz Montchevre ® Cranberry and Cinnamon Goat Cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix maple syrup, squash, parsley and salt.
Lay out flatbread or crust and brush with olive oil.
Spread maple and squash mix over crust.
Top with Montchevre® cranberry cinnamon goat cheese.
Bake directly on oven rack 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is hot and crust is crispy. Cut into 8 wedges.
