> 1/4 cup hummus
> 1/4 cup plain yogurt
> 1 tbsp harissa spice blend
> 3/4 cup golden raisins
> 1/2 cup roasted red peppers , diced
> 6 pita breads, wraps or ciabatta rolls, to serve
> Baby spinach leaves, to serve


Mix together chicken salad with hummus, yogurt, harissa, golden raisins, and diced roasted red peppers. Use as a filling for pitas, wraps, or ciabatta rolls. Tuck in a few spinach leaves, if desired.
