1 rotisserie chicken

1/2 cup Orange bell pepper (small dice)

1/2 cup sliced green onions

1/3 cup Picnic Moroccan Cilantro Spread

1 1/2 tbsp olive oil

Remove chicken skin and shred rotisserie chicken into a large bowl.

Chop onions and bell peppers.

Put the spread, peppers, and onions, and 1 tablespoon olive oil in the bowl with chicken and mix to combine.

Add chicken and stir to combine. If needed drizzle with additional olive oil to desired consistency.

Salt to taste.

Transfer to serving dish.
