Ingredients

1 baguette

10 oz soft goat cheese

1 (3 oz) pkg prosciutto
>
1 lb Rainier cherries
>
3 mint leaves, finely chopped
>
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
>
1 tsp honey
Steps

Slice baguette and toast at 350°F for about 7 minutes.

Spread a teaspoon of goat cheese on each slice and top with a thin strip of prosciutto.

Halve the Rainier cherries and place one half on each slice of bread.

Top with chopped mint and a drizzle of olive oil and honey.
