8 slices Ciabatta bread

2 tbsp olive oil

1 (.75 oz) pkg fresh basil

1 (8 oz) pkg fresh mozzarella

4 oz sliced smoked turkey

Arrange the ciabatta on a flat surface. Brush one side with olive oil, then turn oil-sides down. Finely chop the basil and slice the mozzarella.

Layer mozzarella, turkey, and basil on 4 slices of bread. Top with remaining 4 slices, oil-sides up. In a skillet, cook 2 sandwiches on medium for 7–8 min., flipping halfway through, until cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining 2 sandwiches and serve immediately.
