Chop olives coarsely.

Arrange the bread slices on a cutting board. Brush one side of each slice with mayonnaise, then turn mayonnaise-sides down. Arrange Muenster, salami, and chopped olives on 4 slices of bread. Top with remaining 4 bread slices, mayonnaise-sides up.

In a 12-inch nonstick skillet, cook 2 sandwiches on medium 8 min., flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining 2 sandwiches and serve.
