Muenster, Salami, and Olive Sandwiches

Muenster is a versatile cheese with a mild, slightly-sweet flavor. It pairs perfectly with green olives and your favorite salami.

> 1/4 cup pitted green olives
> 8 slices rye bread
> 3 tbsp mayonnaise
> 4 oz sliced Muenster cheese 
> 8 slices salami 


Chop olives coarsely.
Arrange the bread slices on a cutting board. Brush one side of each slice with mayonnaise, then turn mayonnaise-sides down. Arrange Muenster, salami, and chopped olives on 4 slices of bread. Top with remaining 4 bread slices, mayonnaise-sides up.
In a 12-inch nonstick skillet, cook 2 sandwiches on medium 8 min., flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining 2 sandwiches and serve.
