> 2 slices white bread (or any type you prefer)
> 1 tbsp Simply Enjoy Roasted Garlic Hummus
> 2 oz (about 6 slices) Ocean Beauty smoked salmon
> 2 slices tomato
> 2 Boston lettuce leaves
Toast 2 slices of bread.
While bread is toasting, slice the tomato and tear off two lettuce leaves.
Spread the toasted bread with the hummus and lay on the salmon slices, tomato slices, and lettuce leaves.
Top with remaining slice of bread, cut in half, and enjoy.
