Ingredients

2 Nature's Promise spicy black bean veggie burgers, thawed

2 tbsp vegetable oil
>
3/4 inch fresh ginger
>
16 oz package frozen stir fry vegetables
>
1/3 cup teriyaki stir-fry sauce
>
8 oz package thin rice noodles

Cut the thawed burgers into ½ inch pieces. Heat the oil in a large skillet and sauté for 3 min.

Grate the ginger and add to the skillet with the stir-fry vegetables. Stir-fry over medium-high heat for 5 min. Add the sauce and cook 2 min.

Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain and add to the vegetables, tossing to coat with sauce.
