1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, cut into pieces

1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate chips

2 tbsp Nutella®

1/2 cup prepared mashed potatoes

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 (1 lb) box confectioners' sugar

1 cup chopped walnuts

To a medium heatproof bowl, add butter, chocolate chips, and Nutella®. Set bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (do not let bottom of bowl touch water). Cook until melted and well combined, stirring occasionally. Remove bowl from pan and let cool slightly.

Stir in mashed potatoes, vanilla extract, sugar, and walnuts until a smooth dough forms. Transfer mixture to a foil-lined 8x8-inch baking dish and spread in even layer. Refrigerate at least 1 hour, until firm, before cutting into squares.
