1 medium ripe banana, peeled and cut up

1 cup frozen mixed berries, slightly thawed

Place all the ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
Tips
Freeze your sliced banana ahead of time for a thicker, colder smoothie.
