> 2/3 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
> 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
> 1 medium ripe banana, peeled and cut up
> 1 cup frozen mixed berries, slightly thawed
> 1 cup skim milk
> 1 tbsp honey
> 1 tsp vanilla extract
Place all the ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
Freeze your sliced banana ahead of time for a thicker, colder smoothie.
