Snack time is always in reach with this easy make-ahead cheeseboard full of protein, veggies, and fruit, perfect for a packed lunch. Change up the parts to find your favorite combination.

> 1 mini cucumber
> 1/4 cup pitted whole olives, drained
> 1/2 cup red or green seedless grapes, stems removed
> 1/2 cup fresh blackberries
> 10 slices cracker-cut yellow Cheddar, Pepper Jack, or Colby Jack cheese
> 8 slices thin-sliced oven-roasted turkey breast slices, cut in half
> 20 baked wheat snack crackers


Slice the cucumber into ¼-inch-thick rounds. In two medium resealable containers, evenly divide the olives, grapes, blackberries, and cucumber slices.
To containers, add the cheese, turkey, and crackers, placing the cheese and turkey diagonally to keep the crackers from getting soggy from the produce.
