Overnight Oats with Chia Berry Jam

Ingredients

> 2 cups milk
> 1 cup old-fashioned oats
> 2 1/2 cups fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
> 2 tbsp chia seeds
> 2 tbsp peanut butter (or any nut butter)

Steps

Combine milk and oats in a mug or mason jar and allow to soak in the refrigerator overnight.

While oats soak, cook berries in a medium sauce pan until they burst and release juices. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Once cool, mix in chia seeds, cover and keep in refrigerator.

When ready to eat your oats, divide into four cups and top with chia berry jam and nut butter.
