Ingredients

> 3 large tomatoes
> 3 tbsp pine nuts
> 1/4 cup Nature's Promise Organic Italian Dressing
> 2 oz wedge pecorino
> 1 tbsp fresh oregano leaves

Very thinly slice the tomatoes and arrange in a single layer on a large platter. Season with salt and pepper.
