Quick Apple-Cranberry Crisp

This crisp can be thrown together with what’s on hand and enjoyed for dessert or breakfast.

> 1/2 stick butter
> 1 Golden Delicious apple
> 2 cups cranberry sauce
> 2 tbsp maple syrup
> 1 cup granola


Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease an 8x8-inch glass baking dish. Meanwhile, quarter, core and thinly slice the apple (do not peel). Arrange half of the apple slices along the bottom of the dish, top with 1 cup cranberry sauce, and drizzle with 1 tbsp maple syrup. Repeat with remaining apple slices, cranberry sauce, and maple syrup.
Dice the butter and toss with granola in a bowl. Top the dish with the butter-granola mixture. Bake 20 min. or until top is golden brown and filling begins to bubble.


Serve with Greek yogurt or vanilla frozen yogurt.
