Ingredients

1/2 cup quinoa (about 2 cups cooked)

1/3 cup Panera fuji apple vinaigrette dressing

1 Fuji apple, diced

2 cups kale, finely chopped

1/3 cup walnuts, finely chopped

2 tbsp green onions, chopped

In a small sauce pan, cook quinoa according to directions.

In mixing bowl, combine dressing and apples. Add quinoa, kale, walnuts, and onions. Gently toss.
