2 cups coarsely grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400℉. Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper.

By rounded tablespoons, spoon cheese into mounds on baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart. Flatten each mound slightly with the back of a spoon and season with pepper.

Bake 4–6 min., until melted and golden. Remove from oven and let cool completely on baking sheets. Using a spatula, remove crisps. Serve with Tomato-Goat Cheese Dip.
