Ingredients

> 1 (18.3 oz) box fudge brownie mix
> 1/2 cup vegetable oil
> 3 tbsp water
> 3 large eggs, divided
> cooking spray
> 4 oz cream cheese, softened
> 1/4 cup sugar
> 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
> 3/4 cup peanut butter chips

Steps

1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare the brownie mix using the oil, water, and 2 of the eggs. Line a 13x9-inch baking pan with foil and coat with the cooking spray.
2
In a medium bowl with a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in the vanilla and remaining egg.
3
Spread two-thirds of the brownie batter in prepared pan in an even layer. Dollop cream cheese mixture all over top of brownie batter. Add remaining brownie batter between cream cheese mounds. Drag the tip of a paring knife through batters to create a swirl pattern. Top with the peanut butter chips.
4
Bake according to brownie mix package directions. Cool completely on a wire rack before cutting and serving.
