Pesto Pasta with Green Beans and Potatoes

Dinner is ready in 15 minutes with this hearty vegetarian entrée. Boil pasta and green beans in one pot for speedy prep and cleanup.

> 1 (24 oz) pkg Steam Ready Red Potatoes
> 1/2 (16 oz) pkg thin spaghetti
> 1 (10 oz) pkg Nature's Promise® Trimmed Green Beans, halved, if desired
> 3/4 cup prepared pesto
> Grated Parmesan, to serve


Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Meanwhile, microwave the potatoes 8 min., according to package directions. Let potatoes cool briefly to be able to handle, then cut into bite-size pieces.
Meanwhile, add the spaghetti to boiling water. Cook 1 min., then add the green beans. Cook 5 min. more, until pasta and green beans are tender. Reserve 1 cup pasta water. Drain pasta and green beans.
Return drained pasta, green beans, and potatoes to pot. Stir in the pesto and ½ cup reserved pasta water. Toss to coat thoroughly, adding more water if needed. Season with salt and pepper. Divide pasta among 6 bowls and top with the Parmesan.
