Ingredients

> Cooking spray
> 1/2 (16 oz) bag mixed pepper strips, thawed
> 1/2 (8 oz) pkg low-fat cream cheese, softened
> 1/2 cup sour cream
> 1/2 cup low-fat milk
> 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
> 1 (16 oz) pkg frozen potato and onion pierogies
> 1 (13 oz) pkg turkey kielbasa, sliced
> 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with the cooking spray. In a large bowl, mix together the pepper strips, cream cheese, sour cream, milk, and 1 cup cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the pierogies and kielbasa. Mix gently to combine and transfer to prepared baking dish.

Cover baking dish with foil. Bake 25 min., then remove foil. Top with remaining 1 cup Cheddar. Return to oven and bake 10–15 min., until pierogies are tender and cheese is melted. Garnish with the green onions and serve.
