Ingredients
>
All-purpose flour, for dusting
>
1 (13.9 oz) tube pizza dough
>
1/2 cup marinara or pizza sauce, plus more, warmed, for serving
>
1/2 (8 oz) pkg finely shredded shredded pizza-cheese blend
>
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
>
1/2 (6 oz) pkg pepperoni
Steps
1
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment. On a lightly floured surface, pat the pizza dough into an 8x12-inch rectangle.
2
Spread the marinara sauce on dough, leaving a ½-inch border around the edge. Top with both cheeses and the pepperoni in an even layer. Starting with a long side, tightly roll up the dough. Using a serrated knife, slice roll into 12 equal-size pieces. Arrange slices, cut-side up, on prepared baking sheet.
3
Bake pizza rolls 12–14 min., until golden brown. Serve warm, or let cool completely, then store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. To reheat, microwave 30 sec.–1 min., until warm.
Tips
If desired, serve in a lunchbox with more marinara sauce for dipping.
