Ingredients

3 large, overripe bananas

3/4 cup nut butter

1/3 cup and 2 tbsp cocoa powder

1/3 cup oat flour (can substitute almond flour if needed)

1/2 cup vanilla or chocolate protein powder of choice

2 tsp vanilla extract
>
1/4 tsp salt
>
1/3 cup chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350° F, and line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.

Add bananas to a large mixing bowl, and mash with a fork until smooth.

Add nut butter, cocoa powder, oat flour, protein powder, vanilla extract, and salt, and mix until evenly combined.

Fold in chocolate chips until evenly incorporated.

Pour brownie batter into baking pan, and spread in a smooth, even layer.

Bake for 40 minutes.

Remove from oven, and let cool before cutting into squares.
