1/2 cup Nature's Promise® Organic 100% Pure Pumpkin

1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

1 banana

3/4 cup ice

3/4 cup low-fat milk
>
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice, plus more to garnish, if desired

Place all the ingredients in a blender and purée until very smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with a pinch of pumpkin pie spice, if desired.
Tips
Freeze the banana ahead of time for a thicker, colder smoothie.
