> 1 cup Nature's Promise® Organic Greek Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt
> 1/2 cup Nature's Promise® Organic 100% Pure Pumpkin
> 1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
> 1 banana
> 3/4 cup ice
> 3/4 cup low-fat milk
> 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
> 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice, plus more to garnish, if desired
Place all the ingredients in a blender and purée until very smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with a pinch of pumpkin pie spice, if desired.
Freeze the banana ahead of time for a thicker, colder smoothie.
