Steps

Preheat oven to 375. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray or line with silicone liners. Beat eggs and salt in a medium bowl. Add in sausage, tomatoes and feta. Divide evenly into each muffin tin. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until set.
