Ingredients

¾ cup chunky peanut butter

¼ cup rice vinegar

⅓ cup soy sauce

3 tbsp honey

1 tsp grated ginger

2 tsp minced garlic

Whisk peanut butter together with rice vinegar and soy sauce. (If sauce is too thick, add water.) Add in honey, ginger, and garlic and mix to combine.
