Quick Peanut Sauce

Popular in Asian cuisines, peanut sauce goes with almost anything, from spring rolls to salad to meat. Once you've had it, you won't want to go without it!

Ingredients

> ¾ cup chunky peanut butter
> ¼ cup rice vinegar
> ⅓ cup soy sauce
> 3 tbsp honey
> 1 tsp grated ginger
> 2 tsp minced garlic

Steps

Whisk peanut butter together with rice vinegar and soy sauce. (If sauce is too thick, add water.) Add in honey, ginger, and garlic and mix to combine.
