1 (16 oz) pkg MVP Beef 100% 80/20 Ground Beef

2 cups Safta's Arrabbiata Tomato Sauce

2 (5.5 oz) pkgs Firehook Baked Crackers

1 1/2 cup Sun of Italy Grated Pecorino Romano Cheese, divided

1/2 cup Veggie Confetti Pickled Onion, drained and roughly chopped

In a 12-inch skillet on medium-high, cook the ground beef 5 min., until browned, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon out any excess fat. Stir in the sauce and bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer 15 min., stirring occasionally.

Break the crackers in half. On a large platter, arrange cracker pieces in even layer. Sprinkle ¾ cup cheese over crackers. Top with beef mixture, remaining ¾ cup cheese, and pickled onions. Serve immediately.
