Take advantage of all of Earth’s bounty with this juice that combines hearty veggies and fresh fruits.

> 2 red apples
> 2 cups fresh strawberries
> 2 lemons
> 4 beets
> 1 pint raspberries
> 4 stalks celery


Core and slice the apples. Slice the stems off strawberries. Peel 1 lemon.
Use a juicer to juice apples, strawberries, beets, raspberries, and peeled lemon into a pitcher. Slice the remaining lemon into wheels. Serve juice over ice and garnish with a lemon wheel and celery stalk.
