1/2 cup REESE'S Peanut Butter Cups Minis Unwrapped

1/2 cup REESE'S PIECES

1 cup REESE'S Creamy Peanut Butter

1 cup sugar

1 egg

1/2 tsp kosher salt

Preheat oven to 350°F and line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper. In a large bowl using a hand mixer, beat peanut butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and salt and beat to combine. Fold in REESE’S Peanut Butter Cup Minis and REESE’S PIECES.

Scoop cookie dough into heaping tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls, then flatten slightly. Place cookies 2” apart on baking sheet.

Bake until lightly golden, 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool completely.
