Ingredients

1 (32 oz) bag fresh green beans

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 cup crispy fried onions
Dressing
>
1/4 cup tahini
>
2 tbsp lemon juice
>
1 tbsp minced garlic
>
1/4 cup water
>
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
>
1/2 tsp cumin
>
1/2 tsp kosher salt

Preheat oven to 425F. Spread green beans out on a rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Gently toss and place in the oven. Roast for 12-15 min, tossing the beans on the tray after 8 min, or until they are lightly browned and tender.

Meanwhile, add the tahini, lemon juice, garlic, water, paprika, cumin, and salt to a blender or food processor. Puree until smooth (use a little more water to thin consistency if needed).

Remove green beans from oven. Drizzle the dressing over top and sprinkle with the crispy fried onions
