Sandwich Kabobs

Taking an ordinary lunch staple and serving it in a fun new way is a guaranteed path to get your kids to chow down midday.

> 1 tsp mayonnaise
> 2 slices white bread
> 2 slices lower-sodium ham
> 1 slice Swiss cheese 
> 1 leaf green leaf lettuce
> 2 wooden ice pop sticks


Spread the mayonnaise onto 1 bread slice. Layer with the ham, cheese, and lettuce. Top with remaining bread slice.
Trim the crusts off the sandwich. Cut the sandwich into 6 pieces: first in half lengthwise and then into thirds. Thread 3 pieces onto each wooden ice pop stick.
