Shrimp and Fish Cakes with Spicy Mayo

> 1/2 lb fresh haddock or other firm whitefish fillets
> 1/2 lb peeled and deveined shrimp
> 1 bunch scallions
> 2 slices white sandwich bread
> 1/2 tsp garlic powder
> 1/4 tsp ground ginger
> 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
> 2 tbsp mayonnaise

For the Spicy Mayo:

> 1 tsp sesame oil
> 2 tbsp mayonnaise
> 2 tsp Asian hot chilli sauce
> 1/4 tsp garlic powder


Preheat oven to 400 F and a nonstick skillet over medium heat
Cut the haddock, shrimp and scallions into large chunks. Place in a food processor with the remaining ingredients and pulse until well blended but not completely smooth (there will be small chunks).
Use a ½ cup measuring cup to scoop out 4 equal sized patties. Brown patties in small amount of oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Transfer to a baking pan and place in oven for an additional 8-10 minutes or until cakes reach an internal temperature of 155 F.
While cakes are cooking, whisk together the ingredients for the spicy mayo. Top the cooked cakes with a drizzle of the mayo and enjoy!
