Shrimp Rolls

Super easy and so tasty. Make the shrimp salad a day ahead and store in the fridge. Fill the rolls just before serving. Treat yourself by replacing the shrimp with lobster!

Ingredients

> 1 celery stalk, finely diced
> 1 tbsp ketchup
> 3 tbsps mayonnaise
> 1 dash hot sauce, to taste (optional)
> 11 oz cooked shrimp, tail-off
> 4 top sliced hot dog buns
> 2 tbsps chopped chives

Steps

Mix the celery with the ketchup, mayonnaise and hot sauce, if desired.

Toss the shrimp with the dressing. Fill buns with the shrimp salad. Garnish with chopped chives.
