For the strawberry puree;
>
1 cup fresh strawberries

1/3 cup freeze-dried strawberries
>
Splash of fresh lemon juice
For the latte;
>
3 tbsp Silk ® Heavy Whipping Cream
>
4 tbsp strawberry puree
>
1 tbsp matcha powder
>
1/2 cup cold water
>
Ice
>
1/4 cup Silk ® Sweet & Creamy Creamer
>
1/2 cup Silk ® Unsweetened Coconut Milk

Blend strawberry puree ingredients. Make the strawberry cream by combining the heavy whipping cream, strawberry puree, and 1 Tbsp creamer into a glass. Use a frother to cream it for 10-15 seconds. Set aside.

Sift the matcha powder into a small container to get out any clumps. Pour in cold water, then use a bamboo whisk to combine / dissolve the powder. Set aside.

Fill a tall glass two-thirds full of ice. Add ¼ cup Silk® Sweet & Creamy Creamer, then ½ cup Silk® Unsweetened Coconut Milk. Pour in the matcha mixture. Stir. Fill the rest of the cup up with ice. Then, top with strawberry cream.
Tips
Leftover strawberry puree can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
