For the strawberry puree;

> 1 cup fresh strawberries
> 1/3 cup freeze-dried strawberries
> Splash of fresh lemon juice

For the latte;

> 3 tbsp Silk ® Heavy Whipping Cream
> 4 tbsp strawberry puree
> 1 tbsp matcha powder
> 1/2 cup cold water
> Ice
> 1/4 cup Silk ® Sweet & Creamy Creamer
> 1/2 cup Silk ® Unsweetened Coconut Milk

Steps

1
Blend strawberry puree ingredients. Make the strawberry cream by combining the heavy whipping cream, strawberry puree, and 1 Tbsp creamer into a glass. Use a frother to cream it for 10-15 seconds. Set aside.
2
Sift the matcha powder into a small container to get out any clumps. Pour in cold water, then use a bamboo whisk to combine / dissolve the powder. Set aside.
3
Fill a tall glass two-thirds full of ice. Add ¼ cup Silk® Sweet & Creamy Creamer, then ½ cup Silk® Unsweetened Coconut Milk. Pour in the matcha mixture. Stir. Fill the rest of the cup up with ice. Then, top with strawberry cream.
