Smoked Salmon and Horseradish Dip

> 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
> 1/2 cup light sour cream
> 2 tbsp prepared horseradish
> 2 tbsp finely chopped dill
> 2 tbsp lemon juice
> 1/2 tsp garlic powder
> 1 (4 oz) pkg smoked salmon, finely chopped

For Serving:

> Crackers
> Radishes
> Carrot sticks
> Celery sticks
> Cucumber
> Broccoli florets


In a food processor, pulse together the cream cheese, sour cream, horseradish, dill, lemon juice, and garlic powder to combine. Transfer to a serving bowl and fold in the smoked salmon. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cover with plastic and refrigerate until cold. Serve with the vegetables.


Arrange the dip and veggies on a large board along with cubes of cheese, grapes, and strawberries for a party-worthy appetizer board.
