Smoked Salmon and Matzo Appetizer

This impressive-looking 5-ingredient Passover appetizer tops matzo with silky smoked salmon and cream cheese. Peppery radishes and parsley bring a touch of fresh spring flavor.

Ingredients

> 3 sheets kosher for Passover matzo
> 4 - 5 medium radishes
> 4 oz smoked salmon
> 6 oz cream cheese, softened
> 1 tbsp dried minced onion
> Finely chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)

Steps

Break each sheet of matzo into 9 pieces. Very thinly slice the radishes. Tear the salmon into thin strips.

Spread the cream cheese on each piece of matzo. Top with radish slices and salmon strips. Sprinkle the dried onion on top. Garnish with freshly ground black pepper and parsley, if using.
