Ingredients

1 (3 oz) pkg sliced prosciutto

1 lb asparagus, trimmed

2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 lemon

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment.

Cut or tear each prosciutto piece lengthwise into 2–3 strips. Wrap a prosciutto strip down the length of each asparagus spear. Arrange in single layer on prepared pan. Brush with the oil. Season with pepper.

Bake 15–18 min., until asparagus is tender and prosciutto is crispy. Let stand 5 min. before serving. To serve, squeeze lemon juice on top.
