Ingredients

> 2 (12 oz) bags Snyder's of Hanover ® Rods
> 1 (16 oz) bag Snyder's of Hanover ® Minis or Snaps
> 1 (16 oz) bag Snyder's of Hanover ® Sticks
> 1 (14.4 oz) box graham crackers
> Royal icing
> Various candy (optional for decorating)

Steps

1
Begin by building the walls to your log cabin. Fit a piping bag with a round tip and fill with royal icing, then place 9 pretzel rods on a lined sheet pan. Pipe a thick line of icing across the length of a pretzel rod then place another pretzel rod on top. Repeat until all 9 rods are stacked on top of each other, creating one of the four walls for the log cabin. Repeat three more times and let fully dry.
2
To create the gable to fit with an angled roof: Use a serrated knife to carefully and gently saw through the pretzels. Continue to stack and adhere the pretzels together on a sheet tray until you reach the desired angle/height for your log cabin.
3
To build the roof: Place 4 graham crackers on a lined sheet pan and use some royal icing to attach them in one large sheet. Use icing to attach the Minis or Snaps as if they were shingles on the graham cracker, starting from the bottom edge and layering them slightly on top of each other. Repeat entire process to create the second section of your roof and let dry.
4
To construct the cabin: On a large plate or platter, begin constructing the cabin by attaching the 4 walls together with royal icing and let dry. Once walls are stable, attach the roof pieces in a similar matter, using icing to adhere the roof to the tops of the walls.
5
To finish: Use the pretzel sticks to create a door for your cabin and decorate with candy and Milano® Snow-Women.
