Ingredients

4 bags lavender chamomile tea

4 tbsp honey

2 tbsp fresh chopped mint or basil

1 cup almond milk

Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Divide tea bags and honey among 4 mugs. Top each with mint.

Pour boiling water over each mug and allow 4 min. to steep. When liquid has cooled slightly, top each mug with ¼ cup almond milk.
