Spanish-Style Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients

> 2 sprigs parsley
> 1/2 cup olive oil
> 2 tbsp minced garlic
> 1 bay leaf
> 1 tsp cayenne pepper
> 1 lb frozen jumbo shrimp, thawed
> 1/8 tsp sea salt

Chop the parsley. Heat the olive oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Sauté the garlic with the bay leaf and cayenne pepper for 1 min., or until fragrant.

Add the shrimp and sauté, stirring occasionally, for 3–5 min., or until tender.

Divide the shrimp among 4 bowls and remove the bay leaf. Sprinkle with parsley and sea salt, and serve with fresh, crusty bread.
