Ingredients

> 2 tbsp olive oil
> 1/2 tsp ground cumin
> 1/2 tsp ground coriander
> 1/2 tsp onion powder
> Pinch of cinnamon
> 1 lb chicken breast tenders
> 1 (12 oz) bag rainbow slaw
> 1/3 cup red wine vinaigrette
> 1/4 cup golden raisins
> 1/4 cup sliced almonds
> 1/3 cup crumbled goat cheese

Set grill to medium-high. In a large bowl, combine the oil, cumin, coriander, onion powder, and cinnamon. Season with salt and pepper. Add the chicken and toss to coat. Grill 4 min. per side, until cooked through.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the slaw, red wine vinaigrette, and golden raisins. Season with salt to taste. When ready to serve, add the almonds and goat cheese and toss to combine. Serve chicken tenders with slaw.
