Spicy 1000 Island Dressing

Use this dressing to spice up your salad routine or smother it on sandwiches and burgers for an extra kick.

> 3 tbsp nonfat plain yogurt
> 1 tbsp ketchup
> 1 tbsp lemon juice
> 1 tbsp  hot sauce


In a bowl, whisk together the yogurt, ketchup, lemon juice and hot sauce and 1 tbsp water. Season with salt (in moderation) and pepper.


Makes a great dip for raw veggies or shrimp.
