Ingredients

> 3 medium jalapeños, divided
> 1/4 cup granulated sugar
> 1/2 (64 oz) bottle Nature's Promise® Strawberry Lemonade
> Ice (optional)
> 1 lemon, sliced, to garnish

Steps

1
Seed and thinly slice the jalapeños. In a small saucepan, combine the sugar, ½ cup water, and 2 sliced jalapeños and heat on medium. Stir until sugar dissolves and mixture is bubbling. Reduce heat to low and simmer 3 min. Remove from heat and let cool completely. Strain mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a small bottle or jar. Seal and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
2
When ready to serve, pour the lemonade into a pitcher, adding ice if desired. Stir in jalapeño syrup to taste (start with 1 tbsp before adding more). Garnish with remaining sliced jalapeño and lemon rounds.

Tips

For a cool touch of heat, grate a frozen jalapeño over glasses of lemonade before serving.
