Spicy Sesame Dumpling Sauce

The secret to this addictive dipping sauce is the extra-nutty combo of sesame oil and peanut butter and the subtle heat of the chili garlic sauce.

> 3 tbsp rice vinegar
> 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
> 2 tbsp Asian chili garlic sauce or sambal oelek
> 2 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
> 3 tbsp toasted sesame oil
> 1/8 tsp salt


In a medium bowl, whisk together the vinegar, peanut butter, chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, oil, salt, and 2–3 tbsp warm water until well-combined and runny. Serve with dumplings.


This sauce is also great tossed with noodles, cucumbers, and shredded rotisserie chicken for a quick and satisfying dinner.
