In a medium bowl, whisk together the vinegar, peanut butter, chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, oil, salt, and 2–3 tbsp warm water until well-combined and runny. Serve with dumplings.
Tips
This sauce is also great tossed with noodles, cucumbers, and shredded rotisserie chicken for a quick and satisfying dinner.
