Chicken Waldorf

The addition of chicken takes this salad from light lunch to satisfying supper. Try other no-cook proteins too, like ham or canned tuna.

> 4 stalks celery
> 1 cup red seedless grape
> 1 apple
> 1/4 cup walnuts
> 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken 
> 1/4 cup parsley
> 1/2 cup mayonnaise


Thinly slice the celery and halve the grapes. Core and thinly slice the apple. Coarsely chop the walnuts.
Toss celery, grapes, apple, chicken, and parsley with the mayonnaise. Top with walnuts.
