Ingredients

1 (8.8 oz) pkg 90-second white rice

1 tbsp vegetable oil

1/2 lb ground beef

2 cups shredded cabbage
>
1 (12 oz) pkg sliced fresh bell peppers

3 tbsp peanut butter
>
3 tbsp soy sauce
>
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
>
1 tbsp honey
>
1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts

Cook the rice according to package directions.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a skillet or wok and stir-fry the meat 5 min. Add the cabbage and half the sliced peppers and stir-fry 4 min. Add the peanut butter, soy sauce, red pepper flakes and honey and stir-fry 1 min., adding a little water if too dry. Add the rest of the bell peppers. Serve with rice and chopped peanuts.
