> 1 large mango, peeled and cut into chunks
> 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
> 1 tsp vanilla extract
> 1 1/2 tbsp orange juice
> juice from 1/2 lime

Place cut fruit in a single layer on plate or tray, cover with plastic wrap and freeze overnight. Use food processor or blender to finely chop the frozen fruit. Add vanilla extract, orange juice and lime juice. Blend thoroughly, until very smooth, scraping the sides of the container. Continue to blend up to five minutes. Spoon into serving dishes or a covered storage container and return to the freezer until ready to serve. Transfer to refrigerator 15 minutes before serving to soften.
