> 1/2 cup frozen cut-leaf spinach
> 1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
> 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
> 1 ripe avocado, halved and pitted
> 1 1/2 cups Nature's Promise® Organic Green Tea


In a blender, combine the spinach, yogurt, pineapple, avocado, and green tea. Blend 1–2 min., until smooth. Add more green tea to adjust consistency as desired. Divide between 2 glasses.
