Ingredients

1 (4 - 5 lbs) chicken drumsticks value pack

1/4 cup gochujang

3 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce

2 tbsp honey
>
1 tbsp sesame oil
>
2 cloves garlic, grated

Thinly sliced green onions and sesame seeds, to garnish
>
Lime wedges, to serve

Pat the drumsticks dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper. In a large bowl, whisk together the gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and garlic. Remove ¼ cup marinade and set aside or refrigerate. Add drumsticks to remaining marinade and rub with hands to evenly coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 min. or up to overnight.

Set grill to medium and grease the grill grates. Remove chicken from marinade (discarding any remaining marinade) and transfer to grill. Cook 30–35 min., until chicken is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F, turning occasionally and brushing with reserved marinade during the last 5 min. of grilling.

Transfer chicken to a platter. Garnish with the green onions and sesame seeds. Serve with the lime wedges for squeezing.
